Semi-Private Sessions: Two persons max, per session Please note: if you book this session, the cost covers BOTH you and your plus-one! This sensual pole session will be catered to you and your partners pole level. It doesn't matter if you're brand new, pro, or each at different levels. This session will get you spinning, splitting, flipping and laughing together! Pole privates under Alma Dance Theater/ Rebel In Venus offers a safe-space, specified approach to pole, that is meant to help further healing from trauma and abuse, in conjunction with a licensed therapist. We believe pole dance, can be a powerful healing tool for those who are learning to heal their symptoms from PTSD, anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, shame-struggle and people pleasing. Please wear shorts and sports bra, with no lotion. This is to help you avoid sliding, and experience a stronger grip on the pole. Also, high-heels or barefoot is preferred.
