Service Description

This sensual pole session will be catered to your pole level. It doesn't matter if you're brand new or a pro. This session will get you spinning, splitting, flipping and loving! Pole privates under Alma Dance Theater/ Rebel In Venus offer a safe-space, specified approach to pole, that is meant to help further healing from trauma and abuse, in conjunction with a licensed therapist. We believe pole dance, can be powerful healing tool for those who are learning to heal symptoms from PTSD, anxiety, body dysmorphia, shame-struggle and people pleasing. Please wear shorts and sports bra, with no lotion. This is to help you avoid sliding, and experience a stronger grip on the pole. Also, high-heels or barefoot is preferred.
